T. James Molloy

Chief Executive Officer

Jim is a homegrown talent, having worked as a warehouse packer at Molloy Bros. throughout high school and college. He became vice president of operations in 1972.

After the business was sold to non-family members in 1976, Jim became a sales executive for North American Van Lines. He then launched his own company, Advance Relocation and Storage in 1979 to meet the growing demand for corporate relocation services.

In 1990, Jim reacquired Molloy Bros., which then became an agent of Mayflower Transit in New York and New Jersey. Throughout his extensive history with Molloy Bros., Jim has never waivered from the importance of earning a customer’s trust through knowledgeable and dependable service.

Frank McNally

Executive Vice President of Operations

A seasoned industry veteran, Frank started his career driving a truck in his family’s moving business while attending Fordham University and earning a BA in Philosophy. Since then, he’s honed his operations experience by working in practically every facet of the industry including packer, driver, installer, supervisor, project manager, dispatcher, operations manager and sales manager.

Frank became president of McNally International Transport in 1995 and in 2009 cofounded CFT IOS, a furniture distribution firm. He joined Molloy Bros. in 2011.
In addition to his extensive knowledge of the moving business, Frank earned general and financial management accreditations from the American Management Association. He is also a member of the CEO group Vistage International.

Anthony Parziale

Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Anthony sits on the overall management team of Molloy Bros. where he is responsible for critical business decisions and assists in the overall operations of the company. Director of the Molloy Bros. strategic marketing and corporate communications programs, Anthony has spearheaded our initiatives to educate current and prospective customers about the true value of our moving services.

A long-time industry professional, Anthony is active in real estate and other events, including BOMA, CoreNet Global NYC Chapter, and IFMA (International Facility Management Association).

With an unprecedented attention to detail, he continually strives to advance the Molloy Bros.’ reputation for knowledgeable, reliable and friendly service.

Jim Molloy Jr.

Sr. Vice President, Administration

Jim Molloy Jr, a third generation Molloy, plays an active role in running both Molloy Bros. and The Advance Groups’ Day to day operations.  Growing up around the business Jim has always had a passion for the Moving & Storage Industry.

In 1994, Jim graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems.  At that point he joined the company full-time with IT responsibilities.  He is credited with building the entire Molloy Bros. IT Infrastructure.

Throughout his tenure at Molloy, Jim has sat on the management committee, and has been involved in all aspects of sales, operations, marketing, finance, and purchasing.  In June 2015, Jim was promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration where his responsibilities were expanded to include overseeing human resources and employee benefits for the company.

Jim lives in Smithtown NY, with his two kids and wife, Angelika who also works for Molloy Bros. In the billing department.

Tony Pabon

Vice President, Operations

With more than 20 years in the moving and storage industry, Tony joined Molloy Bros. in 2017 as VP of Operations. Starting as a mover and working his way up the corporate ladder he has learned all the ins and outs of the industry. He brings new and positive ideas to improve all aspects of our household goods and storage divisions.

Stephen Seligson

Director of Residential Sales and Marketing

With more than 20 years of sales management and account development experience, Steve joined Molloy Bros. in 2015 as director of residential sales and marketing. He previously served as regional sales manager at Curran & Connors, a world leader in the design and production of corporate annual reports, where he was responsible for sales operations on Long Island and in New England. He began his career there 19 years earlier as an account executive.

Jeanne McBride

Director of Customer Service

From receptionist to customer service guru, Jeanne’s eight years of moving industry experience started right here at Molloy Bros. in 2008. With organizational and people skills that are second to none, she easily handles our day-to-day operations and acts as the Molloy Bros. liaison with the Mayflower corporate office maintaining a seamless flow of information and ideas.

In addition to ensuring that our customer call center and administrative departments run like clockwork, Jeanne also assists with the company’s nationwide marketing efforts.
