Good Afternoon Jim,

 

I just wanted to drop you a quick note on the service we got from Molly on our recent move. The crew that you sent were the most professional and nice crew to work with. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and then plastic wrapped. Not a piece was damaged. These guys were so careful that not one item touched the walls of either our old house or our newly painted new house. Plus these guys were pleasant and always being gentleman in their dealings with us. Again, thank you for a job well done.

My mother's furniture and boxes were delivered on Monday of this week. You all were amazing in the efficiency and professionalism of this move! Getting my 85 year old mother out of the apartment in Astoria that was her home for 62 years was not easy. It was great doing business with you, and I will recommend you to anyone who has a move in the NYC area. One friend who helped me pack specifically asked that I note the name of the company somewhere so that I can remind her when she moves to California from Manhattan next year. I will easily remember both the company and both of your names!

I wanted to drop you a note first of all to say thank you for moving your schedule around to accommodate my closing date of 07/27/12. 

 

My buyer's mother was her realtor who thought she knew every trick in the book and was giving me such a hard time, I thought I was going to have a breakdown.  You have no idea how much help you provided in squeezing me in for the 27th. instead of your first available date of 08/02/12.  I really appreciated how you specifically and your company provided such high levels of customer service.

 

In addition, I wanted to let you know that the team you sent to pack up and move out was outstanding.  The three of them were all courteous, pleasant and most of respectful, not only of me but of my possessions as well.  My sister who was with me at the house even commented to me how respectful they were and what nice conversation they made while she sat and they packed up the china, crystal etc. I lived in my home for 19 years and everything was delivered brand new so I really can't comment on any other moving company but I have heard stories about other's experiences.  I could not have been more satisfied.  I only hope that when we arrange for the move out of storage, I'll experience the same levels of service.

Hi Rob,

 

I want to write you a note to thank you again for the great team that was put in place for my move on 7/26/12. 

On the office front Diane was responsive and timely on her follow-up.  In the field, Luis and his crew that did that move were wonderful.  They showed up early, worked efficiently and had no problem accommodating any on the fly requests we had.  I also want to let you know Tom Lyons the Field Supervisor made a special trip to stop onsite and make sure everything was going smoothly with the moving.  His timing couldn't have been better as there was an issue trying to get a boxspring up to the 2 nd FL do to height and size obstacles.  Tom came up with a solution on the spot and it worked beautifully.

Please make sure to share this with Molloy's management as Luis and his team as well as Tom & Diane deserve recognition for their great efforts!

What great service we recieved from Molloy Bros.! Mr. MacDonald was so helpful and Diane coordinated everything and everyone and our move went very smoothly.

 

The two packers came and got the things we couldn't get wrapped done in short order.

 

Juan was so neat and efficient you just knew all woul arrive safely and in good order, which it did. And the men with him worked so hard. You certainly have good people working for you!

I wanted to let you know how completely satisfied both my husband and I were with the team you sent to handle our move.  Edmond Lewis Jr. and his team were complete professionals who did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived to our home in New Jersey until they left our new home in Mount Vernon.

 

Every piece of furniture was handled with care. Every picture, mirror, or anything fragile was wrapped so tightly and carefully packed that, when all the unpacking was completed, everything was as it was before.  I could not ask for better service. 

 

What meant so much to me was that they took into consideration my husband’s medical condition and worked around him in the old house so he could rest until we were ready to leave and his comfort came first when they arrived to our new home in Mt. Vernon.  That was so thoughtful and showed that they really cared.

 

As we get older moving becomes more difficult but, if I do have to move again, I would call Molloy Bros immediately.  I have also recommended your company to my friends who are contemplating moving.

Just got my computer back on line and I wanted to comment on our move from Staten Island to Delaware.

We had the same trio pack us up and unpack us, they were friendly, efficient and very professional. I would recommend Molloy Brothers to anyone who is contemplating a move and I would recommend that they ask for "Junior" and his crew. Moving is very stressful but dealing with you and the rest of your team made it a lot easier.

This letter is being written in recognition of the excellent work that john molloy and his crew did while moving our belongings into our home to Hudson, Florida on Decemeber 22, 2010. Mr. Molloy supervised and assisted in the moving of many boxes and heavy furniture into our home. This was the completion of a long and tedious move, he made the transition a very organized one. Although this was at the end of a very long day of driving and moving for Mr. Molloy, he maintained a sense of humor, which helped all involved stay calm and focused. I promised I would write a note and I always keep my word.
 
I did a lot of investigating and research before I chose Molloy Mayflower. Mel Greenblatt was extremely professional and that gave me the extra confidence to choose your company. I felt comfortable with all of my conversations with Michele and since this is an extremely stressful time fo me, her extra caring attitude also helped convince me that I made the right decision by choosing your company
 
First step on the local move.  Joe and his whole team were wonderful.  He reassured me everything would be handled with special care and it was. They wrapped every piece of furniture like it was their own. They took such special care with the pictures and especially the breakables like the mirrors. They didn't rush and they did things so systematically. The move took a lot longer than we thought and cost me a bit more, but it was well worth it because everything was placed in my daughter's home exactly in the same condition it left mine.
 
Joe is an asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him. I know my move to Las Vegas will go just as smoothly and so now I am calming down.  I know I will be well taken care of.
 
I would highly recommend Molloy Brothers Mayflower to anyone who asks me when their time comes to move.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you on behalf of Troop 517. Once again your extremely generous donation in providing transportation and storage along with office furnishings from valued clients became a large part of our successful fund raiser.

 

Our troop has increased in size since our last fund raiser and we have been able to support the financial portion of our program without loosing sight of the gratitude that our Troop has for your generosity.

 

We have been able to purchase much needed camping equipment and
defray costs on some of our trips. By having proper funding we make the
program affordable to all especially families that are in financial trouble. If not for fundraising, some families would find it difficult and not be able to afford their sons take part in Scouting.

 

Our unit has seen steady growth in the number of boys entering our program and we anticipate increasing membership another 20% by the New Year. We are looking forward and hoping to continue our success and partnering with you in helping us achieve this worthy cause by supporting the Boy Scouts of America.
