J.D. Power and Associates commended Mayflower Transit for its improvements in the full-service moving industry. U.S. consumers evaluated their experiences with residential movers in five key areas: shipping estimate process; packing services; loading and unloading service; transportation of belongings; and insurance/valuation coverage. Mayflower Transit performed particularly well in all five factors, surpassing Allied Van Lines, Two Men and a Truck, North American Van Lines, Bekins Van Lines, United Van Lines and Atlas Van Lines.
