The qualified candidates must be professional, customer, team, and service-oriented. They must also be able to effectively build and strengthen relationships with co-workers, sales staff, operations staff and account customers. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have excellent and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.)
The chosen candidate must have professional experience with household estimating, strong sales experience, professional demeanor and appearance as well as be computer literate.
